Greenrock Capital was founded in 2017 by Bairam Valiyev and Nargila İbragimova. The firm was established in direct response to the increasing need for an independent advisory firm with genuine expertise in Central Asia and the Caucasus — markets that are complex, relationship-driven and often misunderstood by outside institutions.
